A Brief Guide to Eric Diekhans

Eric Diekhans’ speculative fiction has appeared in Jelly BucketEtched OnyxDecapitate, and Thin Skin magazines, as well as in the banned book anthology Uncensored Ink (Wild Ink Publishing) and the collaborative short story collection Unforgettable (Walkabout Publishing).

As a television producer, he won a Chicago/Midwest Emmy Award for Children’s Television. As a screenwriter, he was a semifinalist for the Nicholl Fellowships and received an Illinois Arts Council Fellowship. Diekhans holds a BA in comparative literature from Indiana University and an MA in film from Northwestern University. He splits his time between Evanston, Illinois and Terre Haute, Indiana, and can often be found riding his bike or watching the Chicago Sky.
